Get notified about your server, on Discord too

Choose how the panel tells you about crashes, restarts and backups, and send them to your own Discord channel with a webhook.

Updated 29 October 2026

The panel can tell you when something happens to your server: it crashed, restarted, finished a backup, is running out of disk, and more.

Choose how you hear about it

  1. In the panel, open Account → Notifications.
  2. For each kind of alert, pick where it goes: the panel, email, a browser notification, or a Discord message from our bot.
  3. Save.

Sub-users get their own alerts for servers they help run, with their own choices.

Send alerts to your own Discord channel

A Discord webhook posts alerts straight into a channel on your own Discord server, so your community sees when the server restarts.

  1. In Discord, open your channel's settings, go to Integrations → Webhooks, create a webhook and copy its URL.
  2. In the panel, under Account → Notifications, add a webhook and paste the URL.
  3. Choose which events it gets, such as crashes, restarts, backups, or players joining and leaving.
  4. Use the test button to check a message arrives.

A webhook that keeps failing is switched off after ten tries in a row, and you're told so you can fix it.
