Get a server

It’s a hobby, not a hosting company

The servers run on real hardware in a rack at my house in the UK. That’s why it’s free, and it comes with a few catches.

  • No uptime promise. It’s usually up, but power cuts, broken parts and updates happen, sometimes without warning. There’s no guaranteed fix time.
  • UK only. Players in the UK and nearby get good ping. The further away you are, the more lag you’ll see.
  • Support covers one thing: connection problems on our side. If it’s your internet, router, PC, mods or settings, it’s yours to fix.

The house rules

These keep it fair for everyone waiting for a slot.

  • Stay in the Discord. Leave it or lose the Server Hosting role and your server is deleted straight away.
  • One server per person, and per project. Alt accounts get every account you own banned.
  • Use it or lose it. A server nobody plays on for 7 days is deleted. Keep your own backups.

All set

Now sign in with Discord

Your server is tied to your Discord account, so that’s who you sign up as. We see your Discord name, avatar and email address, and nothing else.

Use the Discord account you want your server on. One account per person.

The full rules are in the terms.
