It’s a hobby, not a hosting company
The servers run on real hardware in a rack at my house in the UK. That’s why it’s free, and it comes with a few catches.
No uptime promise. It’s usually up, but power cuts, broken parts and updates happen, sometimes without warning. There’s no guaranteed fix time.
UK only. Players in the UK and nearby get good ping. The further away you are, the more lag you’ll see.
Support covers one thing: connection problems on our side. If it’s your internet, router, PC, mods or settings, it’s yours to fix.

The house rules
These keep it fair for everyone waiting for a slot.
Stay in the Discord. Leave it or lose the Server Hosting role and your server is deleted straight away.
One server per person, and per project. Alt accounts get every account you own banned.
Use it or lose it. A server nobody plays on for 7 days is deleted. Keep your own backups.

Questions go in #hosting-chat. Anything general about your server, the panel or a game: ask there and someone will usually know.
One server per person. Alt accounts get every account you own banned, and that includes this one.
Stay in the Discord and keep the Server Hosting role. Leave or lose it and your server is deleted straight away.
The panel login is the Discord button. There is no username and password form to remember for it.
The password you set next is your SFTP password. Use it with your panel username to upload files to your server.
Last step
Set a password
You’ll still log in to the panel with the Discord button. This password is for SFTP, so you can upload files to your server.
8 to 72 characters. Don’t reuse your Discord password.

This one’s a dealbreaker, sorry
These apply to everyone, so you’ll need to agree to to get a server.
No hard feelings. If you change your mind, go back and pick again.
