IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
From this day (27/09/09 @ 14:23), all support requests wether it be minor or major are to be submitted via the support ticket system.
You can create a support ticket here:
https://www.alienxservers.co.uk/submitticket.php
Please make sure you fill in as much information as possible, support tickets along the line of "What's up with my server?" will be automatically closed and wont be replied to, in order for AlienX Servers to deal with your support ticket we need details of the problem.
This means that no longer will support be given over any instant messaging systems such as MSN Messenger or Steam Friends, etc..
